In 1933, a group of Rauzan winegrowers built a "common storage for wine" which would have become the first French Wine Cooperative Cellar to produce the wines of controlled origin within 70 years.

In 1933, a group of Rauzan winegrowers built a "common storage for wine" which would have become the first French Wine Cooperative Cellar to produce the wines of controlled origin in 70 years.

This structure currently comprises 3000 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the viticultural region of Bordeaux and counts approximately 300 cooperative members. They produce appr. 176,000 hectolitres of wine of controlled designation of origin each year: Bordeaux Superieur, Bordeaux (white, rosé and red), Entre-deux-Mers and Cremant de Bordeaux. Due to the total output volume of 450,000 hectolitres this cooperative enterprise confidently ranks 1st in the production of wines of controlled origin in France.

Winetours and tasting are proposed every week from the campsite in high season.
Wine seling all year.
